This is a really powerful technique. And my gift for you.
So here it is in steps:
- Have an intention. Like what is blocking me right now from attracting a relationship.
- Rub your hands and breath into them as you open them.
- Get your subconscious mind to put an object there. Now describe the object.
- Now link the object to the problem to see if it helps solve the problem. In my example, the object was a green 8 hard 8 ball. And that represented that I too was too hard and maybe needed to take myself less seriously also the color was green, like a green light so I feel that I am ready to attract the one. Just to be more playful. So it’s different for everyone.
If you can’t get a clear object or link the object to the problem then keep trying it. You can’t go wrong. Be playful and be willing to get it wrong until you get the hang of it.
